Excuse me I can’t open it? I have so many things in there and I can’t access them I open the app and it crashes

This app is it beautiful, appealing, and very classy. However, if I cannot go back and read the thoughts that I put down it is null and void!!! The secret passcode does not work, it has saved only three times since I have put in over 15 entries and I have contacted the creators of this app to see if they will be interested in updating it so it can become better and I have heard nothing. As a business owner I would love for you to succeed but we must have something that will work. Please fix this.

I attempted to set up my lock code in settings each time I went to it didn't allow me to save it so this app is a complete waist of time if you don't want people looking into your business.

This app looks really good to the eye and the ease of use is really nice. The one thing that has frustrated me is I cannot lock the app so that others may not see what is written. I have contacted the company and I am still waiting on them to respond. In addition to taking time to write all that was written only to have it disappear and I rolled it in the moment so I can’t remember it all. Lastly, if you are writing or using voice text with this app you are in for a rude awakening! You cannot see what you are writing and every time you type you cannot see what is written. Totally frustrated! It is bad enough I don’t have a lot of time and when you do take time to write just so you can free your mind it erases everything that was on your heart and the feeling she felt when you were on it. Developers if you are reading your comments please take time to correct these bugs. It looks like you have a good product but it definitely needs some tweaking. Fix the lock code button or if you have to pay for the lot cold they notify us immediately before downloading this app. Next make sure that whatever is written we can see it continuously so we can continue to enjoy writing in the journal. Last, nobody have time to do all that writing only to have it erased! Totally frustrated!
