When I first opened the diary I waited for it load and I pressed the screen and it kicked i trued again but it kicked me off.?????????????????

I was very happy with this app for many years, but now it will not open on my phone. What has changed, how do I get back in, anyone else experiencing this issue?

For nearly two years, I was able to use input my daily events, etc. A month ago, I was not able to get into my Journal. My password would not work. On the cover of my Journal there was a miniature lock and key. Tap it and it said ..want to Reset? Tried to reset and it too did not work. I decided then to remove the App and I did. However, it said that all info in the Journal would not be deleted and would be saved? Can you tell me how I can retrieve this info.

Are the developers still updating this app because for years it worked fine, but recently I’ve been unable to open the app. FIX IT!!

I used to Use this diary but I didn’t keep up with it every day and ended up deleting it from my apps. When I downloaded it again, it didn’t keep any of the information I had from before. Today, I downloaded it again so I can start writing down some thoughts actively each day. But, I can’t open it because it keeps crashing. I’ll probably delete it again and try something else.

I was using this diary for awhile & liked the software. Suddenly it wouldn’t start up anymore. I tried everything—restarting my iPhone, deleting the diary software & reinstalling it several times. It does not work—every time I click to start the diary it goes to a black screen & quits. I’m using iOS 11.3.1. Please update & fix! I’ve looked at & downloaded other diary apps & don’t like them as much as yours! Yours has just what I’m looking for! When you update it & I can get it working again, I’ll give you more stars for a rating!

I originally gave this app 5 stars, because it’s an awesome app with excellent concept, design and functionality. I’ve loved it for almost two years now. Unfortunately, I have to take away four stars because whatever was done in the last update killed it. Now it won’t even open. I have tons of entries that are probably lost forever, and this pink icon that sits on my iPad desktop is nothing but a worthless blob of color. Fix it, guys. Your reputation is at stake.
