My scans just “all of a sudden”, stopped sending my scans in for my job. They are now missing 2 wks of scans thanks to you guys. The worst part is that I’m paying a for a subscription monthly. This shouldn’t happen at all.

I purchased the monthly subscription and it won’t let me send the document anywhere! It just keeps going back to purchase options. When I click the monthly it says “already purchased” and I can’t do anything else! Waste of time and money! Total scam!!

I need to have a header for each scan so I can find them easier. As of now I have to look at each scan -open/close to find what I need.
