I subscribed for a year which gave me 3 days of free trial but when I tried it I did not like it and they charged me the same all year I do not understand

This is a great app it works very well and is well worth the monthly price. There are tutorials on how to work the app along with a manual! Highly recommended!

I got charged a annual subscription fee accidentally and the support email does not work. There is no telephone number or other way to contact them.

You should never have to find out it cost as much as going to OfficeMax to fax documents and are also charged .99 per page. If you pay for something, you should at least receive a confirmation your fax went through immediately!

Never received credit for fax pages I purchased

Gave this app a try so I could fax a document. Paid for 10 fax pages at $8.99. The payment cleared my account instantly. However I have never received credit for my pages and have never been able to fax. It just keeps giving me the option to purchase more pages. Really?! And no option for customer service or help to fix the situation. Avoid this app at all cost in my opinion
