I'm trying to cancel my account and you can not, be careful this app does not allow you to cancel and still charge. Send them a message and I have no answer.

Crashes when I try to Import From Library. App support link just leads to a YouTube video that has no app support info on it. Super bummed.
What happened
Rule13-1
This WAS a great app that worked first time and every time. All of a sudden it won’t take a picture (keeps telling me to hold still, forever) and never gets the correct location to scan. I have to physically adjust the scan area. Not sure what happened but it’s gone to heck and I’d love to have the old reliability back. I’m actively searching for something else to use.

Deceptive to say free but then can’t email, fax, move to cloud without paying.

I LOVE the app. However, it keeps freezing and shutting down my phone when I try to import from my library.

It would be nice to have a certain amount of free faxes per day considering we have to purchase the app to even be able to even use pdf

This app is absolute garbage, they will not let you export your pdf’s via email without paying for the premium. Ruined my day.

I scanned some important documents but deleted them. I am quite paranoid and wanted to ask if i deleted my documents, they can never be seen or reached by anyone? Other than that it’s a great app. Thank you
