I wish u can make paying your bill by credit card ‘user friendly ‘ so that in 5-6 steps it is done ! Cannot believe how complicated it is ! ! Much time is wasted !

Every time I open the app it asks me for a password that should be sent in a message and the password is hard to forget so every time I have to press on ‘forgot password’ for orange to send me another code that I have to re write and this is very frustrating. And when I check my internet usage it gives me some error most of the time and then I finish my data it dosent tell me it just stops working and there is no other way to make it work other than visiting the branch

حولت من فودافون وبلغني موظف الفرع ان نظام ١٤ قرش اتلغي من الشركات و مع تشغيل الخط لقيت ان النظام متاح، عملت اكتر من شكوي ولكن طبعا قامو بحمايه الموظف وقالو ان ده ما حصلش. سألت موظف الفرع عن امكانيه شراء صلاحيه عن طريق الموقع الالكتروني، اكدلي ان ده متاح و لكن طبعا لقيت ان مفيش طريقه لشراء الصلاحيه من الموقع. نظام ال ١٤ قرش بيحاسبك علي اول استخدام للوتساب يوميا حتي لو انت مشترك في باقه انترنت منفصله، يعني ببساطه لو الباقه ب ١٠٠ جنيه، هتدفع ال١٠٠ + كل يوم ١٤ قرش برضو. والكلام ده غير موجود في العقد او الموقع، و لما تكلم خدمه العملاء يقولك ان ده بيتوضح من خلالهم بس. حاولت اتواصل مع الشئون القانونيه ولكن رفضو اني اتواصل معاهم و موظفه قسم الشكاوي بتقولي ما نقدرش نعملك شكوي علي ان المعلومات مش في العقد او الموقع ممكن نعمله كا اقتراح مش شكوي. عملت طلب الغاء الرسائل الدعائيه من شهر ٧ ولم يتم تنفيذه الي الان (شهر 11) علما بأن الطلب بياخد ٣٥ يوم، وتيجي موظفه اسمها جنه ترد تقول ان الاعلانات لما بتتلغي ممكن لو في حمله جديده في الشركه ترجع تجيلك اعلانات جديده تاني و تعمل طلب تاني ب ٣٥ يوم تاني. تجيلك رساله عرض مكتوب فيها انك لو شحنت ب ١٠ جنيه او اكتر هتاخد ١ جيجا مجانا. بعد ما تشحن تجيلك رساله مكتوب فيها انك معاك ١ جيجا و لكن ١٠ اضعاف الشحنه بس اللي هيكون ببلاش و الباقي الميجا بقرش يعني ببساطه هتدفع حق ٩٠٠ ميجا اللي هو ٩ جنيه. كلمت خدمه العملاء، يقولو لك ان معلومات العرض موجوده علي الموقع، وان الرساله مش بيكون مكتوب فيها التفاصيل و لا مكتوب فيها ان معلومات العرض علي الموقع وانه مش ممكن الغاء العرض. ده غير طبعا ان كل واحد بيكلمك علي تويتر بيرد اي رد و يجري ويجي اللي بعده يعمل اهبل و ما يقراش الرسائل اللي انت باعتها كلها وتفضل تلف في دوامه و تعيد موضوعك ٤ ولا ٥ مرات لحد لما ربنا يوفقك و تقع في حد بيفهم و ده نادر. السياسه المتبعه هي انه لا يتم توضيح اي تفاصيل لطرق المحاسبه سواء للانظمه او العروض و هو مخالف لقوانين وزارة التجارة. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم.

The new obligatory update from feb 1st. Doesn’t show the extra credit consumption or minutes remaining to orange! When calling customer service they just said remove the app then reinstall. Which appeared to be another fraud. App is run by amateurs
App is Buggy & Functions don’t Work

From the very moment I open the app, there is a risk of crashing. A blank message pop ups. Two options are given- continue or cancel. Makes sense that when I select “continue”, the app crashes. I must select ‘cancel’ and the popup message disappears. Why is this even an issue?? Do devs not open the app themselves? There are many features and functions in the app, but none as essential as data usage. The problem is that If I want to view my data usage/remaining, the app crashes. The app is literally useless if it can’t tell me my usage info. When I renewed my plan, I got an error message. So I tried again. Got an error message once more. Then I realized I had renewed my plan TWICE, without any confirmation other than the initial error message. Now I have double my monthly data usage, and only 1month to use it all. Yes, I can carry over the data, which leads me to second issue— the carry over data doesn’t even display. It only shows my renewed plan. disappointing and frustrating experience all around.
