Originally loved this app. It’s been a while since I bought a dvd, but did so the other day. I went to add it to my collection but the app doesn’t allow me to swipe the barcode so all information has to be manually entered.

Bought it, loved it, used it for years. iOS11 comes along. Now it’s not so good. Lost my data ( I have 2000 title in my collection) and bar code scanning isn’t working. I love this app. Please fix it.

Super convenient. I like how easy it is to add a movie via barcode or easy movie search. I'm so glad they update the alpha function to ignore "a" and "the" in titles. One complaint is that I can't create my own tags for movies. It would be so cool if I could tag a movie "Christmas" then search the tag. That way I can customize my searches beyond title, director or genre.
It has it's flaws

Even though I like the app, often when you scan a movie via barcode it brings up the wrong film. You scan the horror movie frozen and it brings up the Disney film frozen. I scan the movie chocolate which is a this film and it brings up some Indiana movie with the same title. Also when you scan more than 5 movies the app freezes and you have the manually shut it done and start over again but the app is still work buying I just wish I tried a few of the other apps before committing to this one.

It would only let me enter 28 Movies before I was supposed to purchase the full version of the app for $2.99! yeah right! Rip off, waste of time!

App constantly freezes. A lot of barcodes don't scan. Some movies that scan are for entirely different movies. Very slow. Unfortunately it's one if the only apps for this purpose and has great potential it's just not there.

You have to purchase the app to really use it and then that's when you find out how flawed this app really is. You can't search an actor without the parental guidance on. Um..really? I'm over 18, I don't need permission to search Robert Downey Jr movies. It tells you a movie is already in your collection when it isn't. Example: I only keep my bluray collection on here and bought Sherlock Holmes. It kept telling me I already have it on here because it would tell the difference between Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. I even removed A Game of Shadows to put the first movie in and it was still telling me I had it. It's not on my list at all. Parental control code won't register so I can't even turn off the parental control I was forced to turn on in order to search for an actor. You can't add television shows which is something else I buy a lot of and hate having to try to remember what series numbers I have. This app is complete and total crap. Deleting and off to go find something else.

Purchased this app, AND the upgrade, loaded all of my movies in (by hand since almost none of the barcodes would scan) and managed to correct all of the errors in titles that automatically came up. And when I purchased my new phone the app came over Blank! Apparently some app makers attach the info to the phone and not your account. Now it is worthless!
