Problems

I seem to be having the same issues that I've seen some people on here are or were having. The fact that I've have the premium package for over a year and to store unlimited movies, however, now it's telling me that I've reached my limits and that I need to purchase it again. This needs to be corrected it close the app and refund your customers. I hope this isn't set up to rip people off. It is an inconvenience to have to go through this. Many apps always have updates to prevent such glitches as this. I like the app but this is a disappointment. I'd rather spend my money on something that the developers will continue to update and work on rather than to waste my money on apps developed but not putting the time in to ensure that the will continue to work for the customers. I am very disappointed.

I purchased this app after utilizing the trial, and was very satisfied with the design and product... until recently. The app will no longer allow me to add any additional titles, blocks me with a pop up that states "you have reached your limit of trial titles." It further states that "in app purchase are not allowed." However, when I go to the App Store to REPURCHASE the product, it tells me I have already purchased the product??? If you are looking for an easy to navigate app, this one is just that. But if you want one that is regularly updated and bug-free, then look elsewhere....

I've had this app for several years and liked it. But... It now won't let me add any more movies saying I've hit the limit and need the paid version - even though I already do. From the other reviews, this problem has been going on for over a year. It's time to pull the plug and flush this one down the drain. Product support = F- 'Nuff said - stay away!


Buy premium package Again!!??

Major issues indeed. I've had this app for 2 years. Tried to update my list to my new phone. Figured it would just do this automatically when I downloaded the app into my new phone. And now even though my purchase history tells me I have the premium package, when I try to manually put in the list from my old phone it asks me to upgrade. Fix this or I want my money back.

After writing a negative review about attempts to charge myself and other purchasers of the unlimited premium package a second charge for the same package after months of use, I found it pathetic that it would not post to the reviews, but indicated to try again. Would definitely limit the negative reviews shown on the app search.

I have had this app with over 800 movies for several years and it is great. I know what movies I have when I'm at the store so I don't buy duplicates and it is easy to navigate and add movies. As far as loading or buying the app again when prompted because of an error, I had the same problem and like the developer tells everyone contact them if you have an issue, which I did. They advised me to buy again but it will not charge you which it didn't and now it works great. Also the answer from the support was fast, within a few minutes. For all those with problems contact the support they will help. Again best movie app to have


Nice app if I could add movies

I purchased the premium pack but now I can't add titles because it says I've reached my limit. It's frustrating and annoying. I haven't been able to add titles to my collection for months.

Guess I didn't read the fine print! Put in 27 movies then told I had to BUY an upgrade to continue!! Yeah NO! DELETE. Wasted my time!


Not happy

I used the trial version. Liked it and therefore purchased the full version. Firstly it was deleted off my phone. I reinstalled it just to have to add all my movies again. I then started re-entering my movies and just like that it was all missing again. Please help


Updated phone but cannot load my list

After updating the phone I have tried to import my list. Since I now update to cloud I cannot get the list to load without resetting my phone to a very old backup. Wrote for help but I am still waiting.
