I started the free trail for three days and was then charged the full amount for the use of the app but it is still asking me to buy the app? I don’t have access to anything but what was included in the free version. I have contacted customer service support and nothing. I would like the full set of questions I was charged for or a refund.

There is a library section with 37 random topics covered and 12 clinical lessons (how to use a stethoscope). It’s all pretty basic. If you want the truly useful information (quizzes, practice questions, flash cards, more in-depth clinical topics and skills, mnemonics); BE READY TO PAY $30 A MONTH.

I wish the app had pictures of what the question or disease process is! I like being able to do the questions at my convenience, but overall satisfied with my purchase

I’m paying for the questions but everything is still locked I logged out I am uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I don’t have access to the things that I’m paying the subscription for at this point just fix it so i can do questions

I like the app so far. It is really convenient to study for the NCLEX no matter where I go. My only complaint, so far, is that I downloaded the widget and it only comes up as a black spot on my screen. It would be great if this was fixed. Update: Widget fixed and works well. Quick response from developer.

I PAID 50$ for the NCLEX RN Mastery. I emailed and called support. I synced your app and I still do not have what I PAID for. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR OR I WANT A REFUND. I WILL KEEP WRITING REVIEWS UNTIL I GET WHAT I PAID FOR OR I GET A FEDUND.

I had purchased the full features on the NCLEX RN Mastery app yrs ago before the upgrade. It was a great tool to help me pass my LPN boards on the first try. I would even recommend the app to so many classmates, but now I am highly disappointed that I lost all my access and am being required to pay for subscriptions. I understand it’s business but us nursing students already pay so much in tuition and paying for subscriptions doesn’t make anything better. You should have some good promotions for nursing students with some sort of incentive. The Kaplan course offers a full refund if you don’t pass your boards on the first attempt within 6 months of purchasing their content. Just giving you something to think about. I was generous to give 3/5 stars only because the app prior to the update was fair and helpful.
