Love but could use one thing

Search feature! One was briefly available on the site, but this would be nice so that I could pull up, questions only related to hypertension for example.

This app has helped me a lot prepare for my nursing tests, it allows you to do them over and over and you can take it with you where ever you go, it's great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to for this one. They have improved so much from the time I used their NCLEX-PN app to their NCLEX-RN app! The user interface is friendly and crisp. You’re now able to go back and review the question you just answered (not doable when I had their PN app as they were simulating real NCLEX then), and they have added so many additional resources such as mnemonics and even nursing skills! I have recommended this app to a lot of my friends and classmates, and they have unanimously agreed that this is useful and well worth the price. The questions are helpful and challenging, and the rationales are also useful (they’ve provided more elaborate rationales, too). Their support team is also wonderful - their responses are quick, and it is obvious that they care about those who use their apps. If I could suggest one thing, it would be the ability to choose and combine certain topics you want to practice on (e.g. combine GU and CV for med surg). Please make this happen! It would be useful for nursing school exams. This app is amazing. Thank you to everyone who plays a role in the creation and maintenance of this app.

After failing a psych HESI exam, I bought this app and passed it with flying colors. The free version or even premium is worth every penny. Great rationales and mnemonics to go with it. Thank you to the folks who made it and keep it going!

So I’m happy to say I passed the NCLEX after 88 questions- I received the results this morning .... I used RN mastery and Saunders. Saunders was great for the information- however questions were not like the NCLEX. (That doesn’t mean I don’t recommend it because I totally do) Saunders gives you the base but MASTERY gives you the edge you need to pass. There are practice quizzes, tons of questions, great rationales and two NCLEX mock simulations for an additional price but it’s totally worth it. The format is identical to that on the NCLEX so it made testing that much easier. This app can also be used on the computer. If you’re on the fence about this app... do yourself a favor and get it. I don’t write reviews often but I will here because I passed the NCLEX on my first try and this really helped. Btw on the first simulation I got an 80% probability of passing and on the second (I took two days before the test) I got a 90% probability of passing... clearly it was right. Good luck everyone!

Awesome app! Would love there to be a search feature so you only went over certain conditions or symptoms, like only diabetes questions, hypertension questions, etc.
