Only leaving a review because I searched tons of sites for reviews on NCLEX prep and couldn’t find any decent ones.. I used this app daily for 2 weeks before the exam and passed in 75 questions. The NCLEX simulation exam offered (costs a little extra) was spot on and extremely helpful in calming my anxiety and understanding exactly what to study before taking the exam. I highly recommend this app to anyone prepping for boards!

Not what I thought it would be!!!

Excellent study tool!

I got this app to help me answer questions using nclex style strategies. I had the content learned through school. Now it was making sure I knew the material. This app really is amazing. I passed my nclex the first try and I focused on doing questions everyday. You can set yourself a reminder and the app also lets you set a month/year until you sit for your boards. It also has study plans you can use to set goals for yourself. It’s a must try if you don’t want to pay $100’s for other tools that use questions in the same way.

Pass NCLEX the 1st time!!!

I debated on whether or not to read a book and try to prepare for NCLEX that way but 90 pages in I was over it and not absorbing nothing I had read. I bought this app and did questions everyday for over a week and passed NCLEX the very first time! I really love how it's laid out and has plenty of practice questions.

Highly recommended

This is a great app and so easy to use! I used Mastery and one other study resource and just passed the NCLEX!! You can take this where ever you go. I had one issue between the app and online but the tech support was wonderful. They kept me updated on every fix and made sure I was taken care of till the issue was fixed!! Overall, wonderful app and highly recommended! Good Luck!

Worth it

Very helpful and worth the money, I am able to do questions wherever I go, which we all know is important when it comes to studying nursing

Good review!!

This app has great rationals and thought provoking questions. I’d give it a 5 but there are a ton of grammatical and spelling errors that make it seem cheap. I also just read that women who gave birth to infants weighing 4500 kilograms are at higher risk of having gestational diabetes... that’s a heavy baby. Otherwise, this app is very good.

75 and out

I passed my boards with 75 questions using NCLEX mastery. I decided to write a review because I anxiously read reviews about the app and wondered if it really would help. At first I was sketched out and didn’t know if NCLEX RN would help. My classmates were using ATI or UWorld. I also bought the books Saunders and Kaplan off of Amazon so I could be more prepared. I honestly never opened them because they were too overwhelming with info. The app NCLEX RN was so convenient, easy to understand, CHEAP, and user friendly. Our school’s tuition included ATI practice exams and I took a couple of those to see if it correlated with the app and it did! If NCLEX RN said I sucked at pharm, I would do an ATI pharm quiz and the results seemed to match my percentages on the app. I loved how the app split them up into categories because you were able to identify where you were struggling. The explanations on the app all made sense and were simplified. I loved the mnemonics they had because they helped me remember info. I did 100 questions a day for 2 weeks before my exam and took time to read every rationale including the questions I got right. I also bought the NCLEX RN simulation test. It looked almost identical to my boards so I felt confident during my boards because I felt as if I had already taken this before. My passing prediction was 90% and 91% ( I took the pre 2 days before my exam and the post 1 day before). That gave me even more confidence because I walked into my boards knowing I was going to pass. A lot of the questions on my boards, I had seen before on the app, some were almost identical to them, and others I had at least seen the drug name or topic on the app. I would highly recommend the app. I used my phone when I was out and about and my computer when I was at home. My friends used Uworld and passed, ATI and passed, and I used this app and passed. The other apps were just so expensive so I chose NCLEX RN which was cheaper. I just wanted to let people know who are wondering if this app can help them, that you can just use this app by itself and pass. Good luck!

This was my main studying tool I used after graduating with my BSN. My school used ATI, so I prepped with that while in school. I answered roughly 1000 practice questions (56% right, probably would have been higher but didn’t seem to account for quizzes which I often scored higher in) and took the two simulation tests (90% and 91% chance of passing, taken about a week apart). I would do about 50-100 questions a day over about a month, made sure to read the rationales and looked up somethings I felt I needed more clarification on. Rationales are in depth and great, there are also mnemonics and other study tables to guide you. Overall found the questions to be quite a bit more difficult than what was on my actual test, but that’s for the better as it’s better they are too hard than too easy!
