Much has improved since I last used this app a couple years ago. Excellent improvements! Only one feature I hoped for then still hasn't happened or I would give five stars. It would be very helpful to be able to change the unit of measure on a scanned item that would adjust the macros accordingly. For example, when it scans as 1 ml I have to change to oz & factor up all the macros so I can re-use as a favorite. Thanks for the continued support of this app!

Intuitive app to use

This app does a great job of letting you add and customize your food. I would however LOVE IT if the developers also let you track Potassium micronutrient intake from food and not just simply Sodium. Please, please, please add this in the next update ??.

Great app but needs some work

Kapan crunch

The food registary is not the greatest but you can add the foods you eat on a normal basis. MFP has a better food registary but overpriced. It does sync up with avatar nutrition but if you choose high/low days, it does not sync. You have to manually put it in for those days. A little tedious; I’ve made them aware of this several times. For the price and purpose, it’s a great app. If the could fix those 2 things, it would smash MFP.

Not worth the money

I purchased the app about a year and a half ago, previously being a MyFitnessPal user. The app had a lot of promise seeing as you could use as many meals as you want and set customizable goals. But with the promise of updating a larger consumer database the developers have seriously neglected their customers. I’ve been waiting for months on end for the database to become better and nothing while myfitnesspal has moved past the three strict meals. I strongly regret my purchase and would switch back over to myfitnesspal if I didn’t already log my weights for the past year in this program. It’s been a huge pain to manually enter all my food. An app is suppose to make your life easier, logging food on myfitnesspal with their database takes less then two minutes. While having to manually enter and create a new food item on macros+ can take 5-10 minutes. I find myself using myfitnesspal’s database to create foods on this app, I’ll probably switch back over soon and just bite my ego and take the loss on the purchase and just relog my info when I have the time. If your stuck between the two apps stick with myfitnesspal, this app has been a headache and a half as regular tracker.

Search function

So much of this works well but the search function is not workable compared to other apps. I have to google the item in question for nutritional numbers and manually input into Macros.

Love it

Literally perfect for tracking my macros. Downfall is they don't have a huge food database like MfP but it's easy enough to google or scan a barcode and enter it in the system. I’ve been using this app for about four years and it is always consistent and easy to use regardless of what features are added. Super easy to navigate as well!

Super Buggy and search is useless

Hellolaurenzo

I literally can’t find anything I type in, even with global search turned on. I have to scan everything if I need to add it and sometimes I don’t always have the product. App has a ton of bugs, coincidently also while searching. First item is hidden by Serving Size and Brand filters, once an item is selected it’s pretty much frozen till you hit the back button. Cannot multi select when searching for items.

Absolutely aweful

Don’t waste your money. You end up having to spend more in the end because of “subscriptions”. Get MyFitnessPal or something that is actually useful

Used with avatar nutrition synch.

A small bit of a learning curve after moving from MFP. But it's so convenient to use especially when it adjusts macros for heavy training days, and light training days through the avatarnutrition.com site. Progress has finally been made, and now I'm on my way to breaking through that year long wall I've been running in to. Highly recommend. The food data base could be a little more broad. But I find it to be more reliable than MFP.

Best ever!

I've been using this app for about 2 years and I can't say enough good things about it. I've compared it to other apps that people have told me to use and I just find it to be easier and more user friendly! 10/10!
