Awful. Had this app for a long time. Used to love it; now it's just frustrating. Doesn't sync between devices. Book images don't load. No support from developer. Do yourself a favor and look for a different app.

Big Problems

I loved this app initially, but through the course of IOS updates this app ( or mine at least ) has changed the complexion of this product. One example is that when a search is performed for some reason or another it does not identify any books that are being searched. I tried a couple of common titles with authors that should be easily found, but to no avail. While loading a book a pop-up window continually states that I have other books attempting to load, when in fact there's nothing being processed at that moment. It's just all gone wrong and it's a pity because I enjoyed this app very much in the past. I have delved into possible solution on the vendors website but unfortunately I have yet to find a solution. So now I'm currently looking for another app to fill my needs and if anyone has suggestions on others I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks.

Buggy

Needs debugging desperately!

Used to be the best, but now it’s terrible.

This WAS the best library app, but the dev seems to have abandoned it. I had over 1,000 movies entered in it, but then the Search function died. When the trouble started, the app couldn’t handle searching the list of all the movies at once, so I had to switch the view to search within individual letters of the alphabet; i.e., searching only in the “S” movies or only in the “B” movies. Then the search bar became transparent and I couldn’t enter anything there. Then manual movie entry became practically impossible. No response from the dev regarding the problems, and update after update only made things worse. Uninstalling and reinstalling does NOT help. Look elsewhere!

Lost Support

This used to be the best app for movies, books and music. But recently there has been no support and no updates. It doesn't work well at all anymore.

Major Problems

I used to be able to import by scanning barcode. Now the program returns with cover image and an entirely different title even for new releases.

Terrible

Waste of $$. Bar code scanner is completely inaccurate. Will allow multiple scans at a time, but will only load one book from all the scans. Each upload takes several minutes, and then it's usually not the correct book. When you look at the library, titles often change - I uploaded 5 books, then every time I looked at my titles, two or three titles would be wrong - I'd close and reopen, they'd be ok, then they'd be wrong again. No ISBN scanner, so you can only use ISBNs by typing them in.

Mostly good

I still like this app, and I have been using it for quite a while. But I have two gripes: The latest version seems unable to update the cover image. When I scan based on title I get results (based on the numbers), but they're all blank. The export of the library could be more friendly.

My Library abandoned by Verietas Software

Hwedhlor

I'm getting really tired of iOS apps that are abandoned by their authors. My Library was a very nice app, and I entered almost 500 books into the database. Then Verietas stopped supporting the app and weird things began to happen. Attempts to enter a book by barcoder resulted in a dozen duplicate entries. Attempts to delete the extras caused My Library to lock up. The app mentions a desktop version, but none exists. There is no way to export content to CSV. There is no way to print a list of contents. In short, don't waste your time with this abandoned app. I'm moving on to Library Thing.

Was great but not anymore

I loved this app when I first downloaded it but now it's terrible. I have to take new photos of everything I scan because the photos that are coming up aren't even close.
