Set up an account, answered the very general questions, response came back recommending a product I used back in the spring. App did not allow me to scroll through different products to indicate which product I used. Questions really do not give any indication of condition of my lawn yet it tells me what to use. Not sure I will use this app much since I can get the same if not better answers reading the product labels in a store. Not impressed with coming from Scott’s.

Started using this app and my yard looks better than it did when I had a yard service taking care of it. Easy to manage and the products recommended are spot on for what my grass needs. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to start taking better care of their lawn.

I don't like to pay for stuff that I could do my self and I just learned that my neighbors spent over 2K restoring his lawn so I decided to try out this app and follow ever step. I started to see some progress but the job is not done I will update as I continue to work on it.
Only keeps track of when to fertilize

This app tells will tell you when to fertilize but it also says when to water. My issue is it tells you how much rainfall there has been but it’s never correct! I even emailed and was told the app is updated based on local news weather stations. Great that works for me, but we received 4 inches of rain over the last two days and the app tells me there’s only been 1/2 inch! Either someone isn’t doing their job or they’re not using the local weather stations.

This is a great start but some improvements could be made to improve the usefulness. Add the capability to add a second property or more. I help my father in law with his lawn and would like info on watering and different issues than I have on my lawn. Send notifications to phones when it is Tim to fertilize or add water. I use Scotts almost exclusively but some times it's not available in size/wt. I need and have to buy alternatives. Could you have deals with stores to monitor inventory and have that available on the app or discounts when using the app? Thx

I used this app for a whole year logging all my product applications and sticking to the Scott’s plan, then one day all my history was gone and my yard plan changed. I wrote an email to Scott’s to try and troubleshoot and fix the app problems and got no response.

Was excited to find the app to help with our lawn care. Profile was easy to create but impossible to personalize beyond the 3-4 base questions. Don’t offer the option to personalize if the feature does not work
Ok app but, rain calculation is way off.

I like the App for the most part, but it needs better rainfall tracking. It claims that it is calculating rainfall over the past 7 days, but it looks like it resets to zero each week instead of calculating 7 days past. It was reporting that I got 1.5 inches of rain up till Saturday, now It currently says that I’ve got .5 inches of rain, but that’s not true. It’s been raining here every day except 1 for the past week. Don’t depend on this app for tracking water.

I purchased a home that had been vacant for some time and the grass was nonexistent! I needed professional help. Not having a large budget to have someone else do it, I tackled it myself. This app has been a lifesaver for me! I follow the suggestions faithfully and now have a green lawn that my neighbors envy! I’m really thankful for Scott’s products and the app. One thing i would really like to see is shipping your products to Florida. Will this ever be possible? It would make my job easier.
