Wish the hospital had more than 1 floor

I’ve been playing this game for over 1 year now. I wish the game had more than 1 floor and that we can get to the floors with a arrow option. I wish the birth hospital was a second floor of the main hospital. I also want the creator of the game to make it easy for us to get shovels easier. This is why I rate this only 3 stars. I don’t hate the game but it’s not my favorite game I play.

I’ve been enjoying this game. I had the money to buy the x-ray machine. Went to place it, and the game glitched. I didn’t get the machine or my money back. ?

I absolutely love this game and play it daily. Not sure what this new reputation system is, I click on the new icon at the bottom and it just keeps loading and loading? There’s not really any instruction on the website or anywhere on what it is and how to use it. Also, what’s with everyone selling the easy stuff to make? I don’t want to buy things I can make in less than 5 mins! Suggestion: add more upgrades and newer diseases and cures! Maternity center isn’t all that fun so I just don’t play that part. And ease up on everyone needing so many vitamins!

This Game is getting better and better with each update they Comes out. I Love the new reputation System they just put out for the update. I play this game Everyday and still loved it, I glad they updated the game and fix the bugs in the game.

Fun, but had a glitch.

So far less than 24 hours into the game. Pretty addictive. However, it got stuck on telling me to put in an X-ray, and when I did, it took my coins but didn’t give me an X-ray. There went a couple hours of grinding. No way I would spend money on this game because of that.

My deer has disappeared

Too many glitches. Cannot locate the deer. It is not showing up anywhere and cannot do task. Also game takes so long to move to buy products from other hospitals. Goods are gone most of the time.

I used to play this 1 year ago i installed it again i did the tutorial and i lost myhospital i was very sad i worked very hard on it maybe try putting a save tab were you go there and you click the save button to save it or when you install it again it will show the saves thats was in the cloud that you used to play so maybe try putting in that because its not really working

So I’ve had this game for yrs spent over 100$ on this game in the past yrs and have never encountered as many problems as I have in the last month. 1. Bubble boy once you plays and it tells to watch a video for a second go. The video never loads 2. Daily challenges scare the deer. Where did all the deer go? For two weeks I have had to slip this easy task cause I don’t have any deer 3. Whenever I want to go to the maternity ward I have to close out the game and restart it when I press the button it acts as if nothing is there 4. Cherrypick cinemas videos don’t work either

This game is really addicting. It’s not too difficult or too stressful. It’s easy to play, easy to achieve things - with some light-work on the player’s part - and quite customizable. All the unique medicine and ailments to cure are interesting to say the least. The art style and coloring makes it clear to see and so much to do and unlock! Only suggestion I have is maybe making it possible for players to either sell, trade or exchange decorations? Some decorations I get from special boxes or something and don’t really want, like or desire the item I get and would wish to exchange or sell to buy different decor. maybe the camping tent could come in handy to make it that a NPC (Non Player character) would sometimes make an offer to buy or trade a decoration item? That would be interesting! This is just a small complaint/comment compared to the overall awesomeness to the game. Highly recommend it to new players. :)
