I payed for a 1 yr membership only to realize that it has never worked for my daughter and it’s been 6 months!!!!! I’m so upset at myself for assuming it had been working for her all this time. I clicked on the link to get a hold of the company and it won’t load. So much money wasted.

If I could give this ZERO stars, I would! Bought my subscription a year ago, has NEVER worked. I can only view the free books, never the books I paid for. If I pick one, it keeps looping me back to buy the subscription. If I attempt to buy the subscription again, the message says “you already have a subscription.” I have tried to contact support, and SHOCKER, that page URL is down. Don’t waste your money, buy something else. Probably a real book.

I've tried a few different apps for stories before but this is the only one my daughter has really taken to. The stories and colors cute and she loves the characters! From one mom to another I would recommend it!
How to Cancel subscription!

Go to "settings" Click on "iTunes & App Store" Click on your "Apple ID" and select "view Apple ID" Click on "subscriptions" And select the subscriptions you want to cancel. On this case it'd be the snuggle stories app.
It was great, but now there is no sound

I loved the read to me option. As a mom who works from home it made it easier to teach my daughter new words. However, for the past 2 weeks the sound has not worked.

I spent $9.99 to get the extra stories because my son enjoyed the interactive story samples, but they will not download on my iPad or my iPhone. That was a total waste of $10!

I expect the content to already be in the app. Having to download every story is ridiculous and it takes way too long.
