This app has never worked. No matter how many times I’ve tried to “restore” it, which is literally every single time my daughter tries to use it. I’m paying for an app that she has never been able to use even once and cannot figure out how to contact or cancel the subscription.
Although I purchased an annual subscription, the app malfunctions and a pop-up box constantly interrupts my Autistic, ADHD son from enjoying the music. The pop-up box is constantly requesting to pay for the subscription, and it will not allow my son to listen to all the music available.
Downloaded and paid fir subscription but it did not work- ads continued after 2 songs and no access to subscriber parts.
My grandchild loves your app can do it all by her myself and get what he wants to see. A great learning tool. Thank you.
Deleted within 10 minutes of downloading. As I scrolled though trying to even figure out what music is here the in app purchase ad popped up 5 different times!
So sick of “free” apps that charge for content. I started to show my daughter a song and then a pop up came wanting money. Just deleted the app.
I understand apps having in app purchases but all you get free on this app is a snipit of a song I’ve never heard watching the BabyFirst channel for the last 5 months. I’m not paying $5 a month. for what? I have no idea. You can’t even try it out to decide if it’s worth paying!
My son is 9 months old and we have had the app since he was about 5 months and we listen to it everyday. It is such an easy way to distract him in the car when he gets antsy. I see him looking out the window calmly listening to his favorites. But... the app NEVER updates its music. We are days from Halloween and we still are listening to the spring song. The autumn song has been on tv for over a month and my baby likes it, but we still have to listen to old music. There are also some songs that we have never heard on tv that they must have pulled on tv but still play on the app. I feel like if I am paying for the convenience of correlation with the channel, it should at least go together.
