The application need to be more optimized, the app still logs out automatically

Every time i open the app, it automatically sign me out and I have to enter my username and password. Also I can not have multiple accounts.

This is a rip off... I charged my phone with 100LE which gave me 70LE and in 30 min I had 25LE my money was lost on data without my permission to transfer or recharge . This is the worst service. I need my money back
