The app is super glitchy and it’s really slow and sometimes it doesn’t load how much my balance is or my current plan

It’s a very bad app it doesn’t reflect what is on Etissalat system and Etissalat themself don’t take it as prouve they deny what is shown on the app and told that their system is different and approuve only their system that’s why this app is not something with value
