Game stuck

The game is stuck on level 2. It is not recognizing that I have done my first task. It tells me to build my first restaurant although I placed my first restaurant. Can you please fix this so I can play the game.
Big time glitch

I really enjoyed this game up until yesterday. Now it makes me watch a 30 second video of another app and then forces me to download before proceeding. I realize this may be a glitch on their end but it shouldn't happen on an app that people pay for if they desire. Please fix ASAP !!! Update - are you going to fix the app or is it done ? Everybody is having the same problem. The obvious glitch is on your end.
App no longer works

Used the app for a few days. Suddenly the app freezes on the initial progress bar. I force quit the app and launched again. Shows an ad than gets stuck on progress bar. So I contacted the app developer and was told to contact another email address. Sorry that you guys can’t talk to each other. I’m finished with it. I deleted it and will not waste anymore time with it.

I’ve been playing just fine now I can’t even get I got the game it’s frozen on the loading screen and won’t finish loading the game!!!!! Fix this!
Great game, but....

The game is great. I play everyday, but after you reach a certain level it’s hard to keep expanding since the number of chips you need to expand is A LOT and the game doesn’t provide a sufficient amount to keep going. Also, now that you’ve added an advertisement before you can load the game, it doesn’t let you out of the advertisement and you have to force close the game and attempt to go back in. I was able to get through before but now it won’t let me pass the ad or into the game.

Unable to open game

I have not been able to get into the game since before Holiday. I noticed that an ad video appear while loading game and then video stops and it sits on splash screen. Has anyone else experienced this problem ? I have contacted support but still have not received an explanation on why this happened. I made a few in game purchases to advance myself so I don’t want to uninstall and install game. I’m afraid I will lose my standing. I have to say that others must have had this problem? We recently had an update on this game and I am wondering if there is a glitch with loading the game after the video ad.
