Awesome

So I'm a rookie runner. Overweight and old. This app easily setup a long term plan for me, tracks everything I want, gives me split times and active help on pace. Oh yeah....it's FREE. Just awesome for me!

Very helpful.

I am really happy I found this app. Registered to run Rock n Roll Half -Vegas next month. Truthfully I hate running, but I’m doing this to support someone. This app is definitely giving me the great guidelines to stay within. I love that it tells me when I’m m going to fast/ slow. Did my first chipped 10K Sunday. Although I was slower than most of the other runners I was well within my guidelines with the app so I felt great! It motivates me to move faster. Recommended changes: I do wish that I could change my plan days around on the app and set of having to go to the website. As a new runner, I would love it to give the option of giving you a speed every quarter mile.

Good but it could be better

Needs to include treadmill runs.

It would be nice if my log would erase itself

I have been using this app for two days and I keep logging my miles only to find them disappeared the next time I go in the app. Very frustrating!

Awesome Running Tool

It keeps me on track and motivated to run. I wish it would let you pick the day of the week you like to do your long runs though. I prefer Saturdays over Sundays

Great

BO917!!

I ran the NYC Marathon on Sunday and I felt confident and prepared after having used this app. It tells you what days to run, how long to run, and how fast you should be running. All of these things got me from couch to marathon in 5 months. And I lost 25 lbs while I did it too!!

Ok, but needs some adjustments

Overall this app is fine. The training programs selected for you seem to fit with your current level and goals. I have 2 main issues. The first is that the app goes to sleep while using it. If I have my phone in my armband while running, I can’t easily glance down to see my mileage or pace, I have to unlock my phone (which is difficult to do in an armband while running). The second is that you are not able to adjust run days on the plan. For example, if it chooses a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday plan, you can not adjust the days you did the planned run if you completed on other days. You can log it manually, but this is a pain. If those two features were changed, I’d give 5 stars.

Okay so far

This is only my second time using the app. Would like it if there was a notification that tells you when you are halfway completed.
