Slow and unreliable

I just downloaded the app and I payed for a subscription to watch the friendlies and when I click on the game to watch it just shows a black screen and nothing else.

Buffering FC - signed up today and all I get is buffering, I’m unable to watch the game. ? update- The stream did get better, thank you!

Love United but bad App

Works fine by itself, but if you try to cast to your TV it locks up and freezes. If you try to rewind a video it freezes and starts the video from the beginning.

I’ve enjoyed the app so far. Great content and fun features. Can always improve but it works for me.

I love the content that this app offers, and the picture-in-picture feature was a big improvement. That said, I’ve been using this app for about two years, and it remains very frustrating. You’d better hope that you don’t get a phone call while watching a match, because if you leave the app for longer than about 30 seconds, the match will reset and you’ll have to scroll through and try to remember where you left off. It is maddening! This used to be my only frustration with the app, but I used to really appreciate the care that went into the content of the match notifications. It seemed that whoever was managing the notifications would purposefully avoid spoilers. Now I have to turn off all notifications because I don’t want to know the score of the game at halftime or full time, as I won’t be able to watch the match until several hours after it has ended. PLEASE, STOP WITH THE SPOILERS!!! Nobody wants to watch a match for which they already know the outcome, especially if your app doesn’t allow for watching live matches. The final suggestion I would make is the addition of quick skip buttons to skip +/- 15 or 30 seconds while watching a match. This would be a nice addition.

This app is great for us here in the states??. Coverage of United matches/features not available to us on our “tele”. Good companion to the MUFC app. They are side by side on my Home Screen.

Just downloaded the app to watch the matches as the new 21/22 just started, all I get is a “live RADIO commentary” as I thought this program are showing real live matches. Please get your advertising & facts right!!!!

Only gotten radio commentary. No live matches so far and not sure if any will be available for me due to blackouts. Some behind the scenes and pregame content is okay but not really seeing or feeing the value versus what I paid for the subscription.

App needs some more upgrades

Put a rewind and forward button on the video screen Everytime my phone locks instead of the video resuming it just starts all over again.That’s frustrating so fix that. Aside from that the app is awesome just fix those two things
