Great content, needs improve on app

I’m a long time man united fans. I subscribed the mutv yearly to support the clubs and watch the united I love. But I will stop subscribe after this year cause there are no improvement on the app. It’s very slow to load and often freezes the videos. It’s take so much time of my life just waiting for the app to unfreeze.i know there are lots of videos but that cant be the reason. There are tv app with lots more videos and live tv but they are working flawlessly while MUTV keeps getting worse and worse.

For me the app is very glitchy. Video playback pauses unexpectedly every few minutes whether it’s on demand or live. Recently sound quit working when watching live video on iPad and iPhone with great internet connection. Audio only mode seems to work on iPhone today. The most frustrating part is the support/feedback email provided does not work and you get a rejected email from the server. So hopefully someone reads this and fixes these bugs since I can’t access the content I pay for. But the content, when the app works, is awesome and I love the concept and crew at MUTV. GGMU!!

It's an nice idea and I like the app and content despite it being obviously bias. But I'm a fan and I like that. However all the subscription fees go into the Glazers pockets, so I've unsubsribed and deleted the app in protest of their ownership.

Doesn’t work at all, no support to help with problems. Seen the news about the team and they have treated me on this app like they treat their fans apparently

Got this app to watch preseason matches, and it does nothing but spin and spin and spin. Who gives a crap about 3 minute promo videos when you can’t watch matches?? Get it together, Man U. Waste of 8 dollars for a month.

Hi my name is Qasim Khan, been supporting United since 89’ Signed up for MUTV today, what a scandal of a network…advertising the Derby match and then once you pay the channel does not load anything. I want my $30 dollars back. Don’t start a network, if you cannot manage to run one!

I paid for this app so I could watch preseason and once the match started, it stopped working, could not watch the game and I am livid. Don’t waste your time

Wasted $30 can’t watch anything no video on any IOS device. Literally $30 down the drain and I can’t even watch pre-season. Really disappointed and angry and frustrated.

Paid for one month so I could watch preseason games and I am still trying to get the game to play. I have full service and gig speed WiFi and the game just won’t load. Tried everything but honestly about to ask for a refund
