Muslim Pro has been everything I needed when in distress. I could always pick up my phone and have the Quran at hand. When busy it alerts me that its time for prayer. If a dua is needed I can find it in the Pro. Learning to read recitation is there. Alhumdullilah May ASWTA bless those who have been a part of its publishing.
Disappointed

I was a premium account holder for more than five years but a week ago I signed out from my account by mistake and when I signed in again I lost my premium account features. I emailed the customer service they replied me to send them the proof of purchase of the premium account which I don’t have it since it’s been many years ago that I paid for the premium account. I am really disappointed with the app and their customer service.

Unacceptable advertisement

I downloaded this app and it works great, I understand the need for the advertisements on this app, to help support the creators and keep the app running, however considering this is an app dedicated for prayers and contains verses of the holy Quran, I’m expecting advertisements about related things, sadly today I got an advertisement for a poker game, which is totally unacceptable and can’t be justified by any means possible, this is humiliating to the picture of Islam, you can’t promote a major sin on an app that has holy content, I deleted the app and won’t be using it ever again, unless the advertisement system gets changed or canceled, you can’t create an app for Muslims that contains holy content and promote thing that shouldn’t be especially on this specific app just to get money it’s humiliating.
Extremely disappointing customer service and high cost

Strongly recommend not to get it due to the advertising, high cost, and bad customer service issue. The cost for lifetime has been increased to USD$199. I have had this app for years and had upgraded but constantly get the message “This premium purchase is already being used by another Muslim Pro Account”. Customer service is pathetic and extremely disappointing. The advertising is at times no -appropriate to a religious app. Once advertising starts there is. I way to switch it off except for closing the app. Recent marketing oriented changes are extremely painful and customer unfriendly. Have not seen such a bad customer service where all they want is to get more money for upgradation from customers who had already upgraded to pro.
Clickbait ads despite paid subscription

That alone is kinda bummer, but additional disappointment is clicking an azan notification used to open app & play that azan. Now, clicking the notification plays some video ad and no azan. Not excited abt the new downgrade
