Extremely disappointing customer service and high cost – Muslim Pro: Quran Athan Prayer Review

Strongly recommend not to get it due to the advertising, high cost, and bad customer service issue. The cost for lifetime has been increased to USD$199. I have had this app for years and had upgraded but constantly get the message “This premium purchase is already being used by another Muslim Pro Account”. Customer service is pathetic and extremely disappointing. The advertising is at times no -appropriate to a religious app. Once advertising starts there is. I way to switch it off except for closing the app. Recent marketing oriented changes are extremely painful and customer unfriendly. Have not seen such a bad customer service where all they want is to get more money for upgradation from customers who had already upgraded to pro.
