Lagging. Or no music at all

I was liking this app alot best app out there, thank you for that. But recently this app is not playing any songs i just look up and adter a while it does get frustrating wishing some can fix the problem. Inwrote this a few month back... now still same problem occurs you download a song and month later is not there no more it saids something like the video you playing is not available or you have no internet connection......

I’d love to give ‘Trax a better rating but since I have no audio and there’s no way in which to speak or even chat with someone about these issues I’m moving on. Dave

oof i honestly hate this app, its constantly freezes and crashes. its a hassle to use.
Login error

Won't let me login. Says invalid login/password. Then it won't let you reset either of them. When you go to your support page it errors out and won't let you send support a message so how do you get help with this app?

I second the review above. I have been trying to login all day. The app continues to tell me my login information is incorrect. I have changed my password 3-4 times but am still unable to login. I also tried to use your support option, I enter my request but it fails to submit. Once this issue can be fixed, I typically love this app. Please fix, I miss my music. ?

Nice app but too many commercials and ads last way too long and closes when you away from the app too long

Worst app ever I USED to love this app this is Very disappointing ? The last 5 updates didn’t fix any of the problems!!! Clearly no one over there can find them so I will let you know what they are !!! 1st you can’t change the song while out of the app because it will play all of yours song ?♂️ 2nd When you change through the songs fast on the app it bugs out and try’s to play all of your songs 3rd I have like 13 songs I uploaded to musictrax through the cloud and there’s no way for me to delete them and it won’t let you upload anymore 4th Oh great now it won’t let me login says info is incorrect but I had my login and password saved with my Face ID ? Just another one to add to the list DELETING THIS APP P.s I’ve tried all there bs support ?? ❗️PLEASE FIX THIS APP ❗️

This app is awesome it plays my music all the time it even plays when my phone is off no more using YouTube for music I used to go on YouTube to listen to music but since I got my own iPhone I used the app a lot and I love it I put in a song title and it works the app sometimes get bad reviews but I love it!!!!

Sorry but First of all why have the app if 99.99% of the songs won’t even play? Second of all it tells me to check the internet connection but it says it doesn’t need wifi when you download it? Third of all when you actually get a good song to play you can’t leave the app or it will shut off! Again I am sorry for this but just saying I prefer other music apps.
