It said after I subscribe I can download songs to my phone. I'm subscribed so why can't I download songs to my phone?

Use to love this app, now it seems every other day it’s not working. A message pops up that says “ either your network is unreliable or this video isn’t available in your country. I’m frustrated with this. Looks like it’s time to find a new app.

Just wanted to ask how do i go about getting refund. I paid for no ads. Plus is not letting me log in.. plus i try the support snd is mot available is not able to log in and complain... love the app. Awesome. Got a few things here and there but love it. Unfortunately cant log in again.. neither thru facebook. Face id. New user. Recovery. Notjing works.
