So I've had this app for the past month and bought the logic volume 3. Well today it decided to stop working. Reset the app, ipad and still no luck. Was it too much to request this in a format that wasn't reliant on The Internet? I've bought every mtf magazine in the past few years and decided to try this version. It's awesome when it works but stinks when you can't even open the issue. They need to sort this out.

The months that contain the software that I use are very good but I don't need most months because they're either about software that I don't have or on subject matter that I don't need. Also they're very expensive, not compare to the print version but still pretty expensive for a magazine.

You need to be able to download the bonus cd online, you shouldn't pay the same price for no cd.

Never had a problem. CD content should be downloadable within magazine or a separate area.

The app works fine, no issues. This review is for the magazine itself. The subject matter is usually well chosen to my liking attracting me to purchase the articles. It seems like I am usually disappointed with the article depth. My understanding is that this mag should be for a more in depth look at techniques. If all the articles are going to consist of 101 content depth such as putting new strings on your guitar and tuning your instrument between takes this mag should be renamed to Musictech 101 and priced accordingly. I will probably continue to purchase select issues as I can usually get one useful tip out of it.

Well, this update simply doesn't work. Trying to restore my older purchases crashes the app, as does trying to even open the options (this after trying to reset things by deleting and reinstalling the app a number of times). Great magazine, terrible app...

The content provided in these mags is nothing short of excellent. All of the information is useable immediately. I can't think of a better way to stay current on music tech.

By far best music producing mag. Great Ableton articles but also their hardware and virtual instruments, VST's reviews always interesting and in general spot on.!!! Great magazine Thijs
