I’ve only had one experience with the “online” Musicians Friend. That turned into a phone call. That was a very cordial, pleasant, helpful, and overall, a very personable customer representative that I spoke with. Very few C.S.R.’s show an interest of a customer like Stephen Harrington did.! I can only hope he’s a reflection of the service that is a ‘given’ with the rest of the staff. He answered all of my questions and ultimately I placed an order which I received in 2 days! I’m not reviewing the product, (as I have not used it yet), only my experience with the representative. If my future encounters are the same, I have no hesitation in 5 stars!
Not very accessible with voiceover screen reader program

I am blind and this is very hard to use with voiceover screen reader program on my iPhone. The website is not that much better either, no headings in a lot of things aren’t labeled.

Crashes often

There are several times when I use the app, all of a sudden it just crashes. There are also many missing pictures on products. When I select the product with no picture, the app crashes.

Anytime I put a guitar in my cart to check out it pops up a massage informing me that the guitar is sold :/ not cool, take down stuff that’s been sold...
