All of my orders from musicians friend have been great, but one stands out in particular. A couple months ago I ordered a Marshall 2x12 cab and contacted customer service for kicks and giggles to try to get a discount. After 5 minutes the representative gave me a code for 15% for no reason. And they got an entire 2x12 cab to my house in 3 days flat. They have earned a lifetime customer???

This is such a broken app it’s barely usable. The business itself is great. They have a large selection and great deals. The app however is a buggy mess. Searches don’t work well. Anytime I try to view anything on my wishlist it say unavailable even though it is in stock. It crashes constantly. There are many other problems that I don’t want to take the time to list, but it’s a shame because they are a good company and I like to give them my business, just not through the app.
