I lost every song I listened to because of the new update and I couldn’t backup my songs.

I used this app for more than 2 years and I had lots of saved music on it that I would always listen to but there are two issues that I am having with the application. One issue is that it always crashes on my old phone where all of the music is saved on. I know they added a restore feature but I can’t access it because the app keeps on crashing. I thought the app was erased from the App Store but I found out that it wasn’t. Once I found that out I downloaded the app on my new phone and it turns out that when I search a song I want it comes up with random songs on the search feed instead of the ones that I wanted. Please fix these issues app developers as this app is the only solution for my music needs I’ve been on this app for more than 2 years and it would be nice to listen all the saved music that I have. Thank you.

It has music but like now there’s some music you can’t play and I don’t like that I search up a song also the artist it gives you something different fix your app :/

Ok I am getting so annoyed with this app it has been 2 months and you guys keep updating and in the update it says it’s fixing the crashes yet for 2 month I have not been able to get on the app and listen to any on my song so u guy need to figure this out because I am done with this.

I was buy premium option some music can not download and play but Able to listen u tube sametime I don,t wanna to see “load fail, Tap to retry” too much Unlimited access to music ?? Watch music video ?? Please, fix it

It’s been and month a this is getting annoying they need to fix the update even the new update doesn’t work for some people. They need to do something or I’ll report this app.

Just crashed and now the app won’t even open. I can’t access any of my music and now the app won’t work. So don’t get this new update. Hopefully they will resolve it so I can still listen to my music.

I’ve used this app for over 2 or 3 years now with little to no issue, until recently. I switched phones and re-downloaded the app. Didn’t have any of my saved music nor playlists after I used the restore option, but that’s fine. I then tried to search for songs and nothing that I searched for ever popped up. No albums, no artists, and no songs. This used to be my favorite music app, what happened developers?

I’ve been a user for this app for a LONG TIME, and I mean very long. Just recently I got a new phone and I went to download it. After downloading it, like usual you can just look up whatever song you want but now you can. How do I know? I went to look up an artist song, but slowed down and it didn’t even pop up like last time! It’s no long like YouTube and more of an app where you can listen to specific music and that music only. I used to really like this app but they’ve gotten so greedy that they added that stupid add thing and where you have to pay for it. Don’t tell me now I have to pay to get unlimited music too?
