The app has crashed, and it does not allow me to go onto the app and access my music. I had more then 500 songs added to my library and have unfortunately lost it all. Fix the App!!!

I have had this app for over a year and it’s fine while it works. For the last month or so it crashes every time you try to open it. There have been at least two updates to try to fix it and neither have worked so far. There are a lot of pop up ads too but they can be exited quickly unlike YouTube 30 second ads. It also plays in the background which is important too. I hope it gets fixed for good soon.

So I just got the newest update and the app is still crashing for me. I even restarted my phone and it still didn’t work.
Kept crashing after updates so deleted then reinistalled

App had notifications saying there were updates but it never worked so I deleted it and all my music was deleted too :/ think I might start using Spotify after this.

I updated this app and it stoped working. When I tap on my screen to open my app, the app opens for 1 second and then it exits by itself.

Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 13, it keeps crashing, and I’m unable to listen to the thousands of songs that I have on there. Please make it so it’s compatible with the latest iOS update, and so it keeps from crashing. I’d hate to lose all of the songs on there that I have

I want to know what happened to my app? I have told people to get this app bc I could play music with the app turned off, a lot of other app’s you can’t do that with. But now I’m just had my whole library erased (over 600 songs). I can’t even get the app to open, and I only see 3 songs on it. What the hell happened? I can’t even get app support. Can someone please help me with this? I want my player back.
