Decent app

FIVEOH64

Yes, I agree... I'm surprised also that carbs really aren't I involved. This app is indendong on muscle gain/bodybuilding... And it needs to tracks carbs Also, one more problem I had with this app is anyone who is serious about what they're putting in their body needs to know about glycemic index. I know under the nutrition fact label on the app it has a spot for it, but every one that I've come across has a value of 0... I wish they updated the database to include glycemic index.

yeeees!!

this is exactly the kind of app i was looking for! but can you make it so that things such as eggs, for example, are measured per egg instead of cups? that would be great. 

Almost perfect.

I love this app. I use it every day and find it has really helped me. Only improvements would be a way to track exercises, view carbs faster, and a "snack" catagory in the favorite/custom foods section. Other than that, the app is awesome!

Data base needs lots of help

There's not much in the data base. Can't find much of anything. It's a great idea to track protein but if u can't find the food u are looking for it does not help. The free apps have so much more than this one. Also this thing is calling for a 1000 cal. more than I eat now and can't adjust it.

I love it

Wadenall

I have never kept a food journal until now. It’s easy because it’s on my phone & I like most people I always have my phone with me. If I could only have 1 app…this is the 1 I’d choose. Thank you to the creators! I only have a few suggestions: - more name brand food items. -ability to add pictures to the food entries Other than that, I love it!

Good for protein

Cgrier

But you cannot easily track calories using quick add. They want you to buy 2 apps to be able to do that. Wasted my money and I wish I could get my money back. I know how to read labels. I don't know why I can't find and app that I can just quickly log my calories AND protein without picking foods and what not. Really annoying.

Good app

predfan

Pricey in my opinion but a good app overall. 1. Please add the ability to enter calories in the "quick protien" section and 2. please add a "snack" option on the food selection screen where "meals" etc are so when I have a stick of cheese, popcorn, or a handfull of mixed nuts I don't have to put it in the "meals" or "baked goods" section. Do that and this would be a perfect 5 IMO! :c)

Good app. Needs to update list

Ohverwurkt & Uhndrpeyd

So far I like how simple and easy to use. The UI is nice. The foods list needs to be updated to get more nutrition facts of more foods. May write another review after some more usage.

Great but I wish they'd add.....

DON'T BE SCAMMED$$$$

This is a great app. It's worth the 3.99. It's great for tracking protein just like it says. It also keeps track of calories, fat, carbs, sugar, etc in grams. I WISH they would ADD a pie graph that shows the percentage of each type of calorie consumed (example:40% protein, 20% fat, 40% carbs)- then it would be WAY awesome..... So for now only 4 stars!

Great app

I would give it 5 stars if it tracked carbs, gave you a percentage breakdown of your daily consumption of fats, carbs and proteins and allowed adjustments for bulking and cutting. Please update!
