Took my money and I get no product. Can’t speak to a human to get the service to work.
I purchased the app subscription on my iPhone, downloaded the app on to my iPad and the iPad doesn’t allow me to download and read it. BTW, it’s the same iTunes account on both iPhone and iPad.... What gives???? I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me and it’s been over a week....
This app is a perfect way to read the Muscle & Fitness magazine digitally. I am able to read the full magazine from the app after purchasing the monthly issue, or you can purchase the whole year in the app as well. I am able to read offline, make notes on pages, and the app saves where you were in the magazine for when you reopen the app. I have also experienced no bugs or glitches. These are all issues that seem to have been resolved from the previous comments. I would highly recommend if you want to read the magazine from a mobile device.
Every time I close the app and try to reopen it it crashes which means I have to download the magazines all over again. I have a year long subscription and can’t access them. A monumental waste of money
So what’s the point of an app that doesn’t allow you to view your issues. I logged in with my email, my account number and my address. It found my account but I still got no issues and no active subscription. So frustrating
We have been waiting for October issue for last 2 weeks. The developer do not respond to e-mail and the issue is available on Kindle. I need a full refund, if you can get it together.
It’s Oct 14th, and still no October issue available. I’ve emailed and received no response. I want a refund or a hard copy subscription for free. This is unacceptable.
New edition does not show up soon enough
I’ve tried multiple times to renew my subscription. Contacted app developer, they were no help. When I login, it says my subscription has expired...seriously, I know that! Deleted App, redownloaded, same result. Terrible App, terrible customer service.
