The fees are excessive... much more than the rate of what the credit card companies charge for merchants to accepts their cards. The app does not work properly... I have two children at the same school and it will allow me to load money on one child’s account. Hard to stomach paying excessive fees for an app that doesn’t even work.

The fee is ridiculous!!

There has to some sort of fix on this one, it shouldn’t be this way! Charging the whole cost of 2 lunches just to put money on my kids accounts? This should be convenient not a pain and not robbery!

Anytime this app tries to use your location, for example: locating a school district. The app will crash. Sometimes while trying to add money to my sons lunch account it will crash. Please fix. iPhone XR iOS 12.4

This app functions as if it’s 15 years ago and the world of smartphones just began. The menu and UI is the worst. You’re better off using a web browser if you have to use their service, which is a whole other topic of complaint. Good luck!

The App was upgraded and now I cannot find my children’s name or ID’s. Although if I want to add money to there account they are shown but not in the balance section. Also, asked me if I wanted to receive a text for updates. I selected no and 1 min later I get a text from MySchoolBucks even though I opted out. Please fix

When it works its good but the charging a fee to add funds to my daughters account is ridiculous. The school makes us use it to pay for meals. Also many times payments have not gone through for days or my child has been removed from my profile or i havent been able to see her under my profile to add funds. After sitting on hold with customer service (before talking to anyone) for over 30 mins. They were unable to Fix the issues.

The app updated and now I can’t even add money to my child’s account. I can’t even see the balance of what is left. Shouldn’t have updated it before it was fine... how am I suppose to put money on my child’s account when the app doesn’t even work. I could give her money but my child doesn’t always remember to use her cash. This app now has just become useless... disappointed..

This app is integral in getting funds to my daughters’ school lunch funds. If it fails and I can’t get funds in, then they aren’t allowed to purchase meals. Please fix this problem.
