I have used just for once then suddenly it’s stop working . When I power on the battery light showing blinking . Can you please update if still can fix this issue .

Why is Japanese character only shown on Moza ginie App?? What can those do who can not read Japanese?? Where is the language setup for ENG????

Was good until an early 2019 update

This app was great for me I use it with the mini mi. I Film In 4K 60 and the anti-shake was awesome I could run with it on and no shake at all.i film my sons hockey games so I need anti-shake.then in early 2019 they did an up date and now the anti shake works in every other resolution but 4K 60fps. I’ve emailed them 3 times about this and they have ignored my emails. So now the mini mi and the app sit idle and I have bought other gymbles and now use these, I just wish they would fix the anti-shake and I would go back to using the mini mi and the MOZA genie app again!

Potential piece of what looks to be promising hardware let down by a nonsensical app. Spent 1 hour trying to calibrate with an iphone 11 Pro. In the end gave up.

The app doesn’t work well for me. I used it for several videos I can’t easily redo (with someone who lives far away, and in another country). The footage was unusable because it auto added a blue filter in some, and almost all of the videos had a big frame rate and frame drop problem. I’d love to use the app particularly for object tracking (though tracking didn’t work that great anyways) so I hope there’s an update. When there is I’ll try again and update my rating. For now I’m not happy with it at all.

This app used to work well with my both my iPhone 6 and XR... at first. BUT now there is a HORRIBLE video lag that basically renders the gimbal (unless used with the native camera) and the app USELESS. What’s the point of having a gimbal to shoot live action if what you are seeing on your recording video screen is delayed!!? So now I will have to spend more money to purchase a new gimbal from the competitors as their apps seem to have more consistency as well their devices work with 3rd party pro gimbal apps, a feature I wasn’t thrilled about sacrificing but for the gimbal size it seemed worth it at the time.

Fix This. I paid money for your gimbal.

Fix your app. The tracking won’t allow me to select my subject. The focus is stuck in one place. This is throwing the gimbal off and is pissing me off.

App doesn’t work - just crashes

On latest iPhone iOS. 10XS Max. The app doesn’t start up it just continually crashes. Have rebooted and re-downloaded the software a couple of times and the problem still exists. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can enjoy my Mini S.

App not working for iphone11

Bought the new iPhone 11 I downloaded the app but it keeps crashing. It works fine on the 6plus. The review video looks cool but if I can’t use the product it’s no point spending 100 bucks on it for my new phone and not have it work. Especially since this only works if the app works and so far it’s not working for me
