stolen identity

this app is supposed to be for age 4+. My 10 year old daughter was tricked to give her password and her identity was stolen. I think she learnt a lesson, but more control is needed for this app if you approve for younger kids. I tried to contact them via their support page and I didn’t get any answer. I’m not even getting any trace of this email. I would give a negative star if I could. 4+, really???

Ok so I have have been a member of moviestarplanet since I was 6 years old I’m almost 12 and it HAS CHANGED I don’t even KNOW what to say...I was on my account named hamra or some and I said crap (I was six trying to be cool) and I got locked forever that made me sad because that was my favorite and first ever acc (by the way I have learned you can’t say account so I say acc) but I do support that the word gay is unblocked because though I’m not gay bisexual or lesbian, I support it because msp lets more and more people express them selfs and more and more are coming out in there also when making a movie it’s a little glitchy and when you are making an art book you can’t do the animations bigger than it was when you put it in there it’s complicated and I think you should check on that

I love this game but I don’t like that it takes your money away at a certain amount and I think people should get boys and girl things to wear not just about if it’s a boy or girl

Their needs to be some major improvements, us teenagers should be able to use strong language, but if children are playing just make the cuss words hashtags for them and visible to accounts over 13. Also, please downgrade the prices on the vip, it's over the top and unnecessary to have a video game VIP cost 80 dollars. And, please add music back to art books, it was way better that way and everybody very much enjoyed listening to the music, just take down all of the in appropriate and sexual videos because nobody enjoys seeing those, also on a related topic, delete people who make sex related art books it's gross and irrelevant to the community. Mostly, please make MSP more relevant to teenagers and make it a little bit more aesthetic and tumblr and change the way the shopping is, like if there was an item you really wanted and you couldn't find it, add a search bar. Please add custom makeup, and a different nose along with the freckles like the one in the beauty clinic, also make a "makeup history" bar where you can see your recent chosen makeup, and if you would like it back it would only cost 50 starcoins to get it back. Also add hidden rares to the shop, like that bloody eyes thing because I'd love that. Overall, this game is very good to play and very fun if you're bored and wanting to message friends, find friends and play! I've been playing this game for almost 4 years and it has been amazing, youtubers, friends, fans, best friends, boyfriends/girlfriends. It's all been amazing. Thank you for creating this amazing game as a lot play and enjoy there time on this game.

Good game - need a lot of improvements

This game is fun. I’ve had it for years and get on it every once in a while now. Problem I have are these: The clothes: Boys and girls clothes are separate. That makes sense, only that MANY girls like a lot of the guy things and vice versa. I personally am a tomboy and love the short hair that guys get and the cool accessories and shirts...Most of the girls clothes is very girly (with the exception of a few pages of tomboy/Emo/dark) The chat: This one honestly is just annoying and needs to be changed. I understand it is supposed to be a kid-friendly game, but come on...I say certain words that aren’t even bad and it is starred out...like what? I don’t know if it’s the way I worded it Because sometimes I can use it and sometimes I can’t. Some words that have been starred out: Oh my god Heck (And these ones, I kind of understand Because no one likes hackers but..) Hacker Hack Hacked (I don’t see how they are bad WORDS) Please if anything just update the chat. The chat being confined to certain words make the game a whole lot less fun. If you hanger that AND allow both girl and boys to access both clothes shops, I bet you you would have more people playing and less complaining...

I love Moviestarplanet so much but there’s just so much lag for everyone like every time I turn one page on the clothing shop it hates 20 minutes. Like really? And there’s so much scammers and hackers it’s way to easy to hack people too. And get scammed. It getting boring too there’s not enough updates. Maybe more face expressions? Or more stuff in the Beaty Clinic. Oh and when I’m trying to get one thing when I’m shopping and I can’t find it I give up so maybe you could add a search bar? That would be very helpful. But it’s really good game if you could do this with Moviestarplanet I would have been playing before I was born.

Everyday I wake up and I wanna play msp but then for some reason I'm on the login screen and it just loads to 97% so close but then I was super mad so I decided to delete msp and then (BTW I also have something to tell the App Store your saying that I can't purchase it and now I just broke my own account maybe and also I keep getting logged off for some reason and also people are using Charlie's to make the f*** top fishnets and other stuff like hair at first I was thing it was a update but no oops typo I meant Charles on YouTube and YouTube said (only if your gonna risk your acc then to get locked out)

Too many account getting stolen, or hacked. Needs to fix this now.

To many accounts are getting hacked or stolen, you guys need to fix this, people are hacking VIP and many other stuff. When passwords and emails are getting stolen, it gets serious. You developers need to make sure that the game does not have any hackers/modders for safety.
