Missing my animations

I’m missing almost all of my animations and others are having this same issue . Please look into and fix ASAP , it’s not right having us spend money and then have our things disappear and if you can’t get those back , I would like my hard earned money back please .
Login another account should be in there and I pushed it on accident and he made me cry

This game is vary fun if your bored and need something to do! You can have 3 best friends- and one girlfriend or boyfriend....there are kids on that game and having a boyfriend or girlfriend can cause emotional problems, its a real thing to go through break ups but on this game you just fund one person they “cheat” they block you and you block them. And then you fund someone else. I loev this game vary much but people are doing bad things, for example- swearing, being bullys, hackers, scammers, and racist people. Vip is SOOOO expensive, and some parents just dont have money and all the good things are vip.... msp got hacked before the creators themselves....how can we trust we aren’t next- one hacker after another, :( its a fun game but a lot of problems ☹️

i beg of you, please do a jojo’s bizarre adventure theme ? your reviews and reputation would skyrocket because there are so many jojo fans ‼️ the fashion in the show is amazing and could be used by many users. you’ll prolly even make it on trending on twitter if you do a jojo’s theme. other than this request, you guys need to fix the amounts of crashing and lag. thanks!!!

They locked my main account alannathethug forever for supposably “sharing my password & selling stuff for real content”. I have been emailing the since the 12th of October and they just kept repeating themselves it will remained locked then when I asked to see proof they have ignored me not yet reply today,October 15th! So therefore I created ANOTHER account and had to restart.I went to log on this morning on October 16th they locked my new account for 7 days due to “using inappropriate language” This is getting ridiculous @MSP! The team is complete crap. There is no proof being provided, over stepping punishment(even when I am innocent) I am 17 years old & I shouldn’t have to get my parents to email y’all about the account . Y’all need to get the act together and actually work! I have lost dpack rares, rare weeks,seasonal rares& vip items that I will never be able to get back because MSP wants to be petty. If anyone is wondering, yes I have proof of the emails if needed. Leave a bad review! My Facebook is Alanna Childress! Feel free to messege me for proof.

I put 3 star rates because this game keep crash until it got update, it finally stop crash but I couldn’t use animations even can’t turn the page of animations. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP! SO I CAN USE ANIMATIONS AGAIN! Edited: You ruined msp and I can’t break up or unfriend anyone because that update cause msp broken. IF YOU SEE THIS, THEN FIX IT NOW OR BRING PREVIOUS VERSION UPDATE. IM STARTING TO FED UP WITH THIS APP! WHAT HAPPENED TO OLD MSP?! THERE NO PROBLEMS UNTIL YOU START PUT NEW UPDATE AND STARTED PROBLEM! DID YOU GUYS LOOK THROUGH CODING BEFORE UPLOAD MEW UPDATE??? Because it’s look like it’s rushing to upload without look up coding and make sure nothing wrong.

So I’ve put a LOT of money towards this game (shamefully so) but I have tons of outfits and animations and continue to purchase these things. I’m a huge supporter of msp. But the fact that i’ve put in this much money and suddenly all my animations are gone or aren’t showing up is insane. It makes chat rooms so much more boring as if the lack of socialization wasn’t enough.
