I know I'm the exception...

I like this game. I mean I really wish the developer would fine tune a lot of things, but there simply isn't another movie making sim on the app store, so for what it is, it isn't nearly as bad as the reviews would lead you to believe. I think a lite version would show people this game and lead to less anger by those who try it and don't like it. People who can't make money at this just aren't making good decisions; I have $15mil and three hit movies and upgraded my studio --- all without a crash. Do I wish my decisions meant more? Yes. And I also hope the dev comes up with a way to develop and upgrade the writers directors and actors. There is a lot of potential but even if the game never evolves there is fun to be had for the right people.

Good, but needs improvement

Rick-Paul Meier

Good: Replay value, interfaces and overall gameplay. Bad: Buggy, tutorial and development. I do NOT suggest you purchase until an update is released. Overall a good sim tycoon-type game. Fun graphics with multi-screen interfaces that keep players engaged. There are a lot of issues, however: 1) Training talent is very buggy (tickets only required on stage, not acting or fashion) and includes a misspelling ("traing failed," instead of 'training'). 2) When saving, training talent, movie releases and some upgrades are lost when relaunching the app. 3) Tutorial needs to explain what genres require which selections on script/scene screens. A better help screen will accomplish this. 4) It is difficult to make decent money on films after getting past the 'Novel' storyline stage. This makes gameplay a bore if the player is unable to advance to the 'Video Game' (etc.) levels. 5) More frequent employment requests are needed. At least one new employment offer a month as the company increases reputation in order to obtain better talent. Again, overall a good game and I do enjoy playing, but it needs a lot of work to make it good for a large audience.

Good sim

Soren dude

It's a fun game but untill better graphics it's not as good as it could be

Too many bugs for a paid app

Thingsyourollup

Don't download. Training doesnt work. For some reason you get more stats when training fails. Doesn't matter because any training or upgrades will be lost if you save and quit. Nothing is actually saved. Tutorial is too brief and no help option to explain finer details. I hate when developers start charging for their crap without debugging first, and apparently there hasn't been an update in months so I doubt it will ever be fixed.

Pls read rocky

Ultrajungleboy

I love this game although the bugs don't make it fun (bugs like when saving ad exiting you lose your training on your actor, or training fashion/acting doesn't take tickets) pls fix bugs and it would be 6/5!!!! As far as I can tell, this seems to be your #1 app

Ehh.....

Zebramall

This game is ok, just kinda lame, as it seems kinda cartoon like. I would like to see more realistic names and movie titles. Make it more realistic and not comical or funny names.
