For most of us, the problem is that we need to move more, not faster. Movesum is a brand new step-counting concept that helps you find the motivation to exercise. The beautifully designed app provides you with a simple and effective way to set movement goals, stay committed, and connect your activity with the way you eat.
Use the smart notifications to reach your daily goal and build streaks, so that you can become healthier. Movesum will not only help you take your daily exercise to the next level, it will give you a clearer view of how the food you eat is effected by your exercise.
Get moving with Movesum now, and see what it takes to undo a burger or a portion of fries.
Movesum utilizes Apple's Health App to read your movement data.
See how many steps you've taken

Aim to reach a 7-day streak
Swipe up to set a daily goal
You should be able to manually add steps just in case you don’t have your phone on you
It would be great if this app included an Apple Watch complication for the home screen that showed current amount of steps.
Love Movesum already, mostly because now I have a tangible way of checking what I could eat based on my steps! Genius!
The UI is simple but engaging, however the kcal values are simply calculated from steps and don't take into account users' BMI.
I love the app and the idea behind the app, but like a lot of other people, my phone isn't on me all day long so my steps are never close to accurate when logged through my iPhone. I have a Fitbit, which is very accurate. I wish this app would sync to the Fitbit steps, or to other fitbands as well. I deleted the app just because I know I can't rely on my iPhone as a pedometer, but if you were to sync it to fitbits I'll definitely re-download.
Before this app, i had a pedometer app called steps but since this app looked prettier and it counted as much as steps, i decided to delete steps. However after days of using this, the app doesnt properly count the amount of steps it has taken in one day
I downloaded this app assuming it would work with lifesum. Even though this app tracks my steps, I still have to manually input that into the Lifesum app. Really, guys? 2 stars because the food icons are amusing.
