So, now Motus requires you to enable your location to Always in order for the app to work. This is BS because I don’t want anything following or knowing where I’m at outside of work. You are naive if you think they don’t track you and sell your information. Why else would they force you to enable your location to Always.

This app drains my battery so fast. I have it configured where it shouldn’t track on weekends yet it is still running in the background and drains battery. Phone usually dies around 2pm every day because of this app.

Everything about this crap software stinks but obviously someone in company I work for is getting a kick back. I hate to update because it log you out and wouldn’t let you use the single sign in every after repeated sign in.

App is trash kills your battery. They send you a emails a few days before you submit your mileage saying your out of compliance as to which you have to figure out why you are. When forms are submitted they take days to approve if your in compliance or still out of compliance. You do not get updated on policy changes. They send you a email just saying your out of compliance with no information on the changes that have happened.
Doesn’t work well

Have had for a little over a month. Issues- doubling up drives. App doesn’t delete drives when you tap delete. Burns cell battery despite recommended settings to prevent such from occurring. Deleted and re-installed to get better accuracy from satellites- customer service dept recommended- this fixed temporarily but issues started all over again. Would not recommend.

Been more than once I have had to go in and add miles where the app quit running because I would lose data not good when that happens

This app is anything but “set it and forget it. I am forced to use this app to “make my milage tracking easier”. One mode misses half my trips. The other mode crushes my battery before the work day is over. (Battery lasted 1.5-2 days before Motus.) I have to baby the app constantly to get my miles.
Skips millage skips after last update

After the last update. The apps add stops that I have not made a long the way even when driving on the highway. That’s not as bad as skipping millage and having me stopping some where along my route and starting again somewhere else. I wish I could show map here.

App is “dumb”, poor programming. It could be good if it actually functioned. Features do not work as advertised. Automatic functionality is almost completely broken. It consistently calculates your mileage, SHORT! Your boss will love this app and all the money he saves on your mileage reimbursement. Would not recommend. If you’re stuck with this app be ready to do everything manually and enter additional miles to make up for the shortages. Customer service is friendly but won’t admit the app has any issues, “I don’t know it should work.” Couldn’t agree more!
