More headaches than it's worth

-You constantly have to correct it for locations. -Sometimes it doesn't even log your miles, and you have to then manually enter addresses and get cheated out of miles. -"Request miles" is an insult. You have to give an explanation every time the app shorts your mileage, which usually turns out to be a weekly event. -App is a battery hog. -Beware other reviews as many of them are likely employees of Motus, and their friends. Google Play rates this app 2/5 stars.
Location services “Always” required

This app saves me a ton of time when it comes to expensing my mileage for work, however the app drains my battery like crazy because it requires Location Services are enabled “Always” vs. just “While using app”. I’d easily change my rating from 3 to 5 stars if this feature were considered.
Not able to login

Application does not let me login. A circle just keeps spinning and does not continue. When I try to login on the web it does work.

I Just signed and set everything up on a PC. Then I downloaded this app and it keeps saying invalid login username/password. I'm typing in the correct information. Please fix!!
Does not record miles

This app used to work just fine. I would leave it on all day and it accurately recorded all stops. Since the update last Wednesday, it stops recording completely and erases all movement after the stop time threshold has been met. Whether it's 2 minutes or 30 minutes. Now I have to spend an afternoon manually plugging in all my stops for the last week hoping to remember all of them. I've reached out to member services and haven't heard back. I have an iPhone. Please fix this. Thank you.

It doesn't log miles anymore. The last release is really bad. They should uninstall it. It simply won't log miles.

I started to use this app and was happy to not have to log my trips any longer by hand. Little did I know that the app was dropping trips. I started using my odometer and comparing to the app - after one month the app shorted me 400 miles. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? Now I'm logging my miles by hand and babysitting this app. Fix your app!!! Such a waste of time.

Not accurate - cuts off miles. Sometimes it doesn't even start until you fleet several blocks away. Avoid this app

the app is very easy to use and is very accurate. we used to have to print out google maps to record our business stops and submit to finance to get reimbursed. it was brutal. this app automatically creates my mileage log and makes my day easier!
