The help screens don’t relate to the interface. It’s like the version downloaded doesn’t match the help info. I’m deleting this app after 15 minutes.

Not that great if you already have a loan. Only useful if you are looking at a new mortgage. I refinance my house 2 years ago and tried applying the info to the app and it would not compute correctly. I just wanted info on a payoff data, total interest paid, etc but could not get it to work.

I simply want to know what extra payments on my mortgage would do for me, in yearly and monetarily, I inputted everything it asked for + the extra payment and it tells me nothing ! Waste of money ! I don’t want to be a finance major, I want a simple to use calculator that will show me graphically and otherwise what extra payments will do for me, apparently this is Not It !
