Very nice for comparing differences in rates and extra payments

Been trying lots of apps that just don't quite put everything together. This one allows you to put in taxes, insurance, PMI, extra payments and present the data in an easy to visualize format. One suggestion. Allow duplication of a saved scenario, then allow edits. Unless I missed something, I had to re-enter tax, insurance and PMI for each new payoff scenario that I created.

Although I have set "Tax" to be a dollar amount - the Calculator continues to report it as a percentage. It is throwing the calculation off considerably. In my case, adding an additional $800.00 to the payment over a year's time. Also - there seems to be no place that you can view changes to the monthly payment dynamically as you change inputs. You have to enter everything and then rotate the device for the table - but where is the monthly payment??? Additionally- the Send button is grated-out so trying to send Feedback - which is what this review was intended for initially- is impossible. Really bad, guys. Really bad.

This is the best so far Can you add the other options Lo info in setting 2) other calculations option offer results are great but no email options Please add the email or txt options

Easy to use. While you can add to your payment it doesn't allow for making a half payment twice a month. I think this knocks 7 years off of a 30 yr mortgage. I would like to see that added. But it is well worth the money.

Accurate, allows editing when needed, the projections allow me to know when I’m paying off my house along with interest rate costs

I love this app! It has everything I need for loans, and trust me, I had tried to get all this info out of Excel. This is clean, easy to use, and thorough! Good job, developer!
