Great for conventional mortgage calculations. With today's mortgage products need to have additional calc programs for ARM loans and Reverse Mortgage loans. Could be part of this program or packaged in separate programs. Another product need is CD future value calculations.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. This is the simplest (and best) mortgage calculator I have ever used. Well worth the money for this app.

This is a great little mortgage calculator you can put in your insurance and taxes easy to manipulate the data very easy to use. I highly recommend this app.

Easy entry, but a little anemic. Should have a place to keep notes so you can more easily identify each mortgage. This is pretty important when your house hunting!
