I'm a Realtor, so this was one of the first apps I downloaded two years ago when I got my 4, and I use this multiple times a week with clients and colleagues alike. It's simple, easy to use, dense with usable features without being heavy or slow to use. And the mail out feature more than compensates for the flashier apps with graphs and useless fluff add-ons.

It needs an M.I. field

Much better than more expensive apps. The major thing missing is a field for mortgage insurance and considering the volume of FHA loans, an MIP field. Other than that, nice app especially for $.99.

Great App But missing some important features

Overall the app is great but two fundamental things are missing. Developer support for one. It seems the developer fell off the face of the planet (or forgot about his customers) in 2011. The app also needs an extra payment feature. Rarely do people not put at least a couple of extra dollars a month to pay down a loan. Well that important feature is nowhere to be found. If you don't mind a stagnant app (which does contain a nice feature set) which is not going to be updated, and you don't need to worry about extra payments then this app is perfectly tailored for you.

The app would be much better if it allowed the user to enter loan maturity dates (of which are shorter than the amortization period the user enters) and incorporate interest rate adjustments after a certain number of months/years from the beginning of the loan term.
