Previous version was perfect. New version is awful. Can’t type in half the fields. Not near as much flexibility. Simpler was better.

Old Version Worked Better for Me

I don’t care for the new updated version, I like the old version better. Easier for me to work with. I could divide terms of mortgages into fractional years like 5 1/2 years or 8 3/4 of the year. Not able to do that on new version.

Taxes

why do I need a nick nam3

Old version was great new version not as user friendly. Taxes need to be able to enter a number not a %. Can i get old version back...

Get rid of the slide bar

It is impossible to set the correct home price or any of that slide bar numbers. Just let us type in the amounts so they are exact.

Can’t manually enter loan amount

This new version eliminates the ability to enter a loan amount and I just happen to need to be able to enter a number greater than the limit. I can’t seem to edit the setting either to do so manually. I’ve got to delete this app now as it won’t work for me.

This was by far the best mortgage calculator...until you changed it. It's so sloppy now and "user friendly" seems like a concept you misplaced. Tax %????? Seriously???? Few people on the fly know the mill levy rate...such a huge disaster. Why not leave it alone and slow users to put in the yearly amount, which is always accessible. Anyway if you ever go back to being the best I'll go back to using your app daily. Until then see ya!!

Good but a few bugs

App did not open after update. Had to delete and reinstall it. Next bug noticed is the monthly payment amount on the saved tab is not the same as the monthly payment amount on the Calc tab. Also a suggestion: add an option to enter property tax as a fixed dollar amount instead of a percentage. Thanks

New version not as effective

I’ve been using this app for years, but the latest version doesn’t let you input exact numbers. You have to toggle from a slide bar, but it is tough to get the exact value you want.
