Great battery, useless app

I love my PowerStation, but the app is utter garbage. It only shows the battery's charge if I unplug the battery from the charger then plug it back in--then it is a snapshot that doesn't update in real time. The charging rate and time till full are always "0" and the "finished charging" alert doesn't work. If you're looking at a Mophie product for the battery performance, you'll be pleased. If the Bluetooth monitoring is important to you, look elsewhere--they've a lot of work to do.
Crashes Instantly

The app literally crashes the moment you open it. Has not worked in months. Only way to get app working is to delete and pair again as new device. This needs to be fixed.
Updating crashes app, delete reinstall fixes it

Horrible app. Since the updating app crashes but workaround is delete and reinstall it and works again. Back to the app, shame on you, Mophie, for such a crappy app. But I still like your batteries.

I have a zagg keyboard and I wanted to use this to tell me how much percent it has just for fun. But when I follow the directions, i can NEVER get through the first step. If I could vote 0 star I would. I have a mophie case and their cases are awesome. Apps, not so much...

This app is flawed. I have a mophie 20 and the app does not acknowledge the presence of the device. Go back to the drawing board developers and produce something that works.
Status monitoring is utterly useless

Anyone who claims otherwise is wrong. Status level drops to 91% and then freezes there, even after the keyboard is depleted. You have to delete/reinstall the app to get a status.

I haven't run into any of the issues mentioned on other reviews with my iPhone 6s. It's all working fine. Very useful piece of gear - love the low power alerts and battery status and 2 USB power ports. Would recommend this to anyone who needs power on-the-go. I mainly use it for filming on iPhone with filmic pro (which is great but drains phone battery fast) and dji osmo mobile as a backup power source.
