Wth?

The update before this one was painful, but workable (connectivity between mophie and app was awful, at best), but this update kills the app. You tap to launch the app and it does within one second. Clearly there wasn't a testing and QA process before this app was labeled ready to ship.

The app is totally unusable. The update took the app from lame and buggy to utterly useless. With the update, the app no longer opens. I didn't think the app could get worse. But I was wrong. I would give it less than one star if I could.

Despite the other reviews claiming a simple delete and reinstall will fix this app, that seems to be untrue. This app has been broken for quite some time. I can see the percentage remaining in the battery, sometimes. The features that show the remaining charge time and the current used while charging out haven't worked in a long time. It always says 0.0. The battery packs are great though. If Mophie is going to advertise a product with Bluetooth functionality, that functionality should actually work.
Crashes.

Don't you test these things before releassing an update? iPAD Pro 9.7 and Zagg Keyboard. Not very complicated.

I hope you are reading all these reviews. Your staff created a update that makes it not work. Hmmm., great follow up. Deleted and reloaded per other posts. Hire those people!
