Buggy, not intuitive

I had a hard time getting this app to work as promised, ex. Actually displaying upcoming departures near me so I could choose between multiple options. It would often show me a route with a bus/train that was leaving in 2 minutes but from a stop more than 2 minutes away - not helpful. I also was late to an important meeting yesterday because it said a bus was due in a few minutes when actually I had missed it several minutes earlier but it didn't update. Deleting.

Nice app, easy to navigate. You can save locations you frequently go to so you don't have to type the address in each time. The live updates and tracking is usually pretty good, but some times it's been off only because the bus it self is late. I use it in LA and it makes planning a trip any where some much easier. I recommend!

Intuitive interface. Well put together. Arrival times and schedules, easy. Would like to see bus/train gps location intonation when available.

I've used this app in a few cities. I love the active ride- I think it's super helpful. It's more reliable than google!
